Associate Business Director - Content Strategy (Social)

Overview

Work with client teams and creative developers within Publicis Content to lead clients’ business strategies, develop content strategies, and foster innovation. Coach and develop the team, creating a collaborative environment.

Reporting

Reporting to the Head of Publicis Content, you will lead content strategy, development, implementation, and measurement, partnering on media and content initiatives, designing brand content strategies, and managing innovative client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical & Product: Contribute to brand content vision, respond to business goals with content solutions, design digital content strategies, ensure quality assurance, maintain client/vendor relationships, lead content approval, and manage KPIs.
  2. Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency: Maximize profitability, leverage organic growth opportunities, manage budgets, pursue new business, and ensure project management excellence.
  3. Innovative & Analytical Mindset: Support media ecosystem development, stay updated on content trends, track content performance, synthesize insights, and contribute to industry awards and thought leadership.
Qualifications

6-8 years in marketing, journalism, or related fields with 2+ years in content marketing. BA/BS required. Experience in content creation, data analysis, client relationships, and project management essential. Strong leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills required.
