Overview
As an Associate Director, you will work closely with the BD of Strategy & Growth to drive collaboration, product innovation, and product leadership for global clients. You will be a key leader in conducting in-depth content audits and research, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimization of content strategies.
You will not only support pitches but lead them across the Groupe, working closely with cross-functional teams, agency leadership, and market leads to develop and execute compelling content strategies and solutions in pitches and outside of it. Additionally, your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth transitions for newly acquired businesses into their final teams while maintaining a high level of engagement with senior stakeholders across different markets.

Main Tasks
Technical & Product
- Understand the world of content - web, social, influencers, partnerships, production, sponsorships - and can craft solutions within each space. Bonus if you're a gamer!
- Be a jack of all trades when it comes to content audits - conducting social listening, partnership audits, SEO analysis, and performance assessments to develop a clear strategic way forward in the content space.
- Ensure content solutions address business, marketing, brand, and communications goals, leveraging data, insights, and trend analysis.
- Act as a strategic partner in content development phases, collaborating across multiple teams to ensure alignment and executional excellence.
- Maintain strong collaboration with vertical leads within the Content Practice, ensuring seamless integration of insights, strategy, and execution.
- Foster innovation by staying ahead of digital, social, and content trends to drive client success and business growth.
- Assist in the transition of newly acquired businesses to their future teams, ensuring continuity and seamless handover.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Support the BD of Strategy & Growth in ensuring smooth business transitions from pitches to execution.
- Utilize available platforms and tools to drive operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve content delivery.
- Provide financial and operational insights to enhance account stability and profitability.
- Collaborate with practice leads to ensure the right talent and resources are in place for ongoing and new projects.
- Identify process improvements and recommend strategies for optimizing the business's content operations.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies to uncover new content opportunities.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize content performance.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to enhance engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration); a master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in content strategy, business development, and operational efficiency, ideally in an agency environment.
- Experience in transitioning new business wins into final execution teams.
- Strong understanding of digital, content, and social media ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and driving successful content initiatives.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and reporting.
