Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of brand strategies to drive brand awareness and growth in B2B specific channels and customers.
Responsible for the development and execution of artwork and creative materials for marketing campaigns.
Responsible for driving brand Innovation & Renovation supported by strong insights and data analytics, from ideation through to commercialization and leading communication for product launches.
Support the development and implementation of innovative and impactful marketing plans, including product launches, promotions, digital marketing strategies and PR plans.
Assist in managing brand budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, as well as key internal stakeholders.
Understand consumer & customer insights & their perceived values of our brands/Product/solutions ranges - Assist in the execution of market research and analysis to identify consumer & customer trends and competitor activities.
Stay up to date with B2B industry trends and best practices in brand management.
Uphold and embed Nestlé culture and share policies and best practices and ensure full compliance with company rules.
What will make you successful…
3-5 years of experience in marketing, Trade marketing, B2B sales
Fluency in English is a must
Fluency in Arabic is a must
FMCG Background. B2B marketing experience is a plus
Strong positive personality with a can-do attitude
Proactive, creative and analytical
Experience in collaborating and leading cross-functional projects
Resilient and agile in adapting within a volatile context
