Boskalis is seeking an Assistant Yard Supervisor for the Ras Al Khaimah yard to support safe and efficient yard activities, focusing on lifting operations, logistics coordination, and workshop support. You will assist in planning crane movements and equipment movements while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on logistics experience, and a collaborative team approach in a full-time capacity at the Ras Al Khaimah site.

Boskalis yard in Ras Al Khaimah plays an important role in supporting our regional and international operations. The yard serves as a key location for the storage, maintenance, repair, and mobilization of equipment and materials used across our projects. It enables efficient planning, preparation, and execution of operational activities, while ensuring equipment readiness and supporting safe and effective logistics processes.

As an Assistant Yard Supervisor, you will support the safe and efficient execution of yard activities, with a strong focus on lifting operations, logistics coordination, workshop support, and daily operational planning. You will help maintain a well-organised yard environment and ensure activities are carried out in line with operational requirements and safety standards.

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Yard Supervisor are:

• Support and coordinate day-to-day yard activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Assist in planning lifting operations, logistics activities, crane operations, and equipment movements within the yard.
• Contribute to workshop coordination, repair activities, and maintenance-related tasks to support operational readiness.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, operators, and workshop teams to support smooth execution of activities.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as an Assistant Yard Supervisor if you have:

• A strong safety mindset and experience with lifting operations; workshop experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics, crane operations, planning of activities and procedures, and equipment-related operations.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with MS Office; knowledge of finance, maintenance, or other operational systems is an advantage.
• A flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented approach.
• Preferably a valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
