Job Description

• Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and vision.
• Assist in overseeing daily warehouse activities related to auto spare parts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of electrical and mechanical parts-specific components and assemblies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and promptly reconcile any discrepancies.
• Plan and control material inventory levels and manage daily shift operations effectively.
• Coordinate with procurement and workshop/operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Supervise warehouse staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain and optimize warehouse layout to enhance space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are compliant with company policies, safety standards, and ISO requirements.
• Lead and participate in regular stocktaking activities and internal/external audits.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipping consignments in coordination with relevant departments.
• Conduct weekly visits to various branches across the UAE to ensure standardized practices and proper warehouse maintenance.
• Utilize and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Support training and development programs to enhance the skills of warehouse personnel.
• Prepare and present operational reports and updates to the Reporting Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of all routine warehouse and operational tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management is must.

5+ years of Experience

Skills

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems, Leadership & team Management abilities.

Ability to use ERP (Oracle Net Suite preferable).

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities. Proactive & decision making.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of health and safety standards.
