Assistant Waiter

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Waiter to join our front-of-house team in Dream Restaurant and lounge. The Assistant Waiter is responsible for providing general assistance to Waiters throughout service duties and provide high levels of customer service to all diners to ensure they have a memorable experience and return again. Located in the Address Beach Resort, DREAM combines the best of art, show and culinary. Awaken your senses with never-before-seen dinner show performances. The Ideal candidate will have proven Fine Dining experience and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Support waitstaff in delivering outstanding service to guests
• Assist in setting tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and grooming
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining Venue
• Good in English
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
• Cooperative and self-giving team player
• Ability and willingness to perform under stress
• Positive and high energy level
