Our dynamic and fast-growing events company client in Dubai is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Assistant to the Managing Director to play a key role in supporting our senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and format high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information to support business development, events, and operational decisions.
- Organize and assist in the planning of events, meetings, and conferences.
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar executive support role.
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven track record in calendar and travel management, presentation preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Ability to travel as required for business needs.
