Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare, edit, and format high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support business development, events, and operational decisions.
  • Organize and assist in the planning of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proven track record in calendar and travel management, presentation preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Ability to travel as required for business needs.
