Job summary

NETSHAKE GmbH seeks a decisive executive partner to support the CEO as a firewall and sparring partner. You will lead teams, delegate clearly, and ensure critical issues reach decisions efficiently.

You will own the CEO's visibility plan, including filming and publication, manage recruiting, and drive AI initiatives across the company. On-site in Dubai, you deliver reliably every week.

Tasks

• Right-hand person: You are the CEO's firewall and sparring partner. Complex issues either pass through you to the point of being ready for a decision or are decided by you. What you can handle yourself, you handle yourself.
• Team leadership: You delegate clearly, monitor consistently, give feedback, and elevate issues directly before they reach the CEO. You lead in a way that makes people want to work for you and take decisive action when necessary.
• Visibility: You are responsible for the CEO's social media plan: preparation, filming, editing (either yourself or through a service provider), and publication. Something happens every week without anyone having to remind you.
• Recruiting: Advertising, pre-screening, scheduling, candidate communication – you ensure that the right people are quickly on board.
• AI: You build skills, agents and workflows for yourself and the team, build the prompt library, train the team and measure adoption.
• Systems & Standards: You build processes, SOPs, and templates for the entire company. Everything that leaves you is represented by NETSHAKE, and the standards are correspondingly high.

Desired Candidate Profile

You speak and write German at a native speaker level – a requirement, not negotiable. You work with AI daily and have built your own skills, prompts, or agents that take real work off your hands – a must-have. You have led people, with or without titles. You delegate effectively, monitor progress consistently, and follow up. Trust is good, but follow-up is essential. You can lead a team, take action, and know when things are due. You deliver before anyone asks. What you promise, happens. And you expect the same from others. You work precisely because you know: trust is built on reliability. You have a feel for content, camera work, and timing. Direct feedback is a catalyst for you; you take it and give it back in kind. You think at a business level: business model, customers, margins, goals. Discretion and loyalty are a given for you. You live in Dubai, on-site with the team, every day.
