A leading philanthropic organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The role involves managing the CEO’s calendar, organizing travel and events, and liaising with departments. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience, is bilingual in Arabic & English, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers a salary of 18-20k plus family benefits including schooling.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role (public sector experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure with discretion and professionalism.

Overview

An exciting opportunity to support the CEO’s Office at a leading philanthropic organization. This role will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth management of the CEO’s daily operations, calendar, communications, and travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action points
  • Organize and coordinate travel, events, and logistics
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and expense claims
  • Liaise across departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Support the CEO’s Office Manager and step in during their absence
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or secretarial qualification
  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role (public sector experience is a plus)
  • Bilingual in Arabic & English (speaking, reading & writing)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure with discretion and professionalism
