Experience: Freshers welcome! (Relevant internships or administrative experience is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
- Draft and manage professional emails, letters, and documents.
- Maintain schedules, appointments, and meeting records.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating business operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support day-to-day office operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) strong communication skills are a must!
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Prior experience in an administrative role or internship is a plus but not mandatory.
