Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to CEO to join our growing team at Freelancerprox. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for supporting the CEO in all aspects of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO including managing their schedule, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  3. Assist with project management tasks including tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  4. Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  5. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients, and external partners.
  6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Professional and polished demeanor.
  8. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  9. Previous experience in a startup or freelance environment is preferred.
