Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Technician 1 for our Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services in Abu Dhabi, AE. The role involves ensuring safety and compliance during vehicle transportation and NDT activities, assisting in various technical tasks, and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Protecting vehicles during climate change conditions.
• Transporting NDT equipment and personnel safely to job sites.
• Loading, securing, and unloading sensitive equipment.
• Conducting vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Adhering to traffic laws and safety policies.
• Maintaining records of vehicle and equipment usage.
• Ensuring safety standards, especially with hazardous materials.
• Logging usage and technical issues.
• Handling NDT equipment and hazardous materials safely.
• Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Traveling to various job sites, including remote locations.
• Maintaining punctuality and proactive problem-solving.
• Ensuring QHSE compliance.
• Assisting RT/Multi Technicians in NDT activities and equipment handling.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment post-activity.
• Learning and performing various NDT tests upon training.

Skills Required
