Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Team Leader, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Team Leader will support team leadership in daily operations, oversee task assignments, and ensure team productivity and performance targets are met. Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, managing team schedules, facilitating communication between team members, and providing training and support as needed. The role also involves reporting on team performance and aiding in the development of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Candidate should have a headcount of 6 to be eligible for this role.
Qualifications

- Experience in Managing Schedules and Overseeing Task Assignments

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
