Qualifications

• High school diploma; a diploma/degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Support students during lessons, activities, projects, and assessments.

• Provide individual support to students who need additional assistance.
• Supervise students during breaks, lunch, arrival, dismissal, and school activities.
• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, displays, and classroom resources.

• Encourage positive behavior and support classroom discipline.
• Communicate relevant student observations to the lead teacher.
• Assist with educational games, creative activities, and practical learning.
• Support students with basic personal and classroom needs where appropriate.
• Follow school safeguarding, health, safety, and child-protection procedures.
