Job summary

A Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons and support staff development. You will plan engaging, differentiated instruction and monitor student progress while maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

You will mentor teachers and collaborate with the Academic Coordinator, Head of Department and school management to ensure curriculum implementation and effective teaching strategies across the program.

Qualifications

• Experienced Lead Teacher required to provide high-quality teaching and support for staff development.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned to the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and differentiated lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Lead classroom teaching and ensure effective learning outcomes for all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular assessments, observations and evaluations.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, teaching resources, student records and assessment documentation.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support and mentor teachers, teaching assistants and other classroom staff.
• Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator, Head of Department and school management regarding academic matters.
• Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure teaching standards are maintained.
• Review student work and provide constructive feedback to students and teaching staff.
• Organize and participate in parent meetings and communicate student progress professionally.
• Support the planning and implementation of academic events, activities, projects and school programs.
