About Your Team

You’ll report to the Head of Technical and be a key contributor within the tender and planning functions at ALEC Building.

Your Role

• Support surveyor with site checks and markings
• Mark levels and grid lines accurately
• Check dimensions and report issues
• Take and submit as-built levels
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Monitor benchmark points
• Diploma in Surveying or ALEC Chainman experience
• Able to read drawings and check instrument accuracy
• Communicate effectively with site teams
