Education/Qualifications

  • 3 Year Diploma Is A Must.

Skills/Competencies/Experience

  • 7-9 years relevant experience.
  • People management skills, problem-solving skills, and delegation skills.
  • Numerical ability, result orientation, and planning & organizing skills.

Advanced communication skills in English (oral and written) and knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full-time cleaning operatives while maintaining and enhancing aesthetics and minimizing disruption.
  2. Manage a project with a limited number of cleaning operatives.
  3. Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor, ensuring an even distribution of work.
  4. Identify and anticipate client/customer requirements, expectations, and needs, and respond accordingly.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external resources, including department vendors, subcontractors, and clients, as required to meet the assigned job's operational needs.
  6. Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives performs to the standard as per the SLA.
  7. Ensure that the buildings' Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
  8. Liaise with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor regularly, dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
  9. Preparation of reports, maintenance of records, and carrying out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies.
