A leading facilities management company in Dubai is seeking an experienced manager to oversee a team of cleaning operatives. The role will require problem-solving skills, effective delegation, and the ability to meet client expectations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience and hold a diploma. The organization offers a collaborative work environment.

Advanced communication skills in English (oral and written) and knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
Assist the Project Supervisor in managing a team of full-time cleaning operatives while maintaining aesthetics and minimizing disruption.
Manage a project with a limited number of cleaning operatives.
Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor, ensuring an even distribution of work.
Identify and anticipate client/customer requirements, expectations, and needs, and respond accordingly.
Coordinate with internal and external resources, including department vendors, subcontractors (if any), and clients, as required to meet operational needs.
Ensure that the cleaning team performs to the standards outlined in the SLA.
Ensure adherence to the building's health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Liaise regularly with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor, addressing any problems or complaints effectively.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with ISO standards and municipal policies.
