Exciting Opportunity for Assistant Parts Advisor Support Parts Operations & Enhance Customer Service!

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for customer service and automotive parts? We are looking for an Assistant Parts Advisor to support our parts counter operations, manage inventory records, and assist in achieving sales targets. This role is essential in maintaining efficient operations and delivering excellent service to both customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Parts Advisor in meeting counter sales requirements and ensure accurate maintenance of parts inventory and records.
  2. Greet customers and identify their needs.
  3. Provide advice on part numbers, prices, and availability.
  4. Guide customers on the usage and care of parts and recommend specialized products or services.
  5. Prepare accurate parts estimates and quotations.
  6. Follow up on credit terms and sales procedures for the Parts Dealers Network.
  7. Gain knowledge of Parts Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and delivery timelines for both customers and technicians.
  8. Prepare Parts Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices.
  9. Support the parts team in designing and maintaining accessory displays.
  10. Keep the working area clean and organized.
  11. Maintain sales records for inventory control and ensure timely updates.
  12. Operate computerized inventory systems and manage re-ordering processes.
  13. Prepare and track the Loss Sales Report.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Sales Supervisor or Procurement & Stores Manager.
  15. Communicate and follow up with the ordering/inventory team regarding customer requests and delivery lead times.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Certification in Material Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
  • Software: Proficient in computerized warehouse systems; computer literate.
