Job summary

ADEAREST is looking for an Assistant Storekeeper in Abu Dhabi to support the Storekeeper with all material bookkeeping to minimize losses and ensure proper inventory control.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in an industrial environment, particularly with heavy machinery. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and effective communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in industrial/manufacturing company and heavy industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Storekeeper in receiving materials.
• Maintain proper inventory control.
• Document materials coming in and out.
• Send materials to different sites with documentation.
• Monitor tools and consumables.

Job Objectives: The Assistant Storekeeper gives support or assistance to the Storekeeper, and this is to ensure that all materials being issued and received are properly accounted for to minimize loses and wastage in the company in general

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assists in receiving materials from different suppliers.
• Proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the inventory system.
• Storekeeping of valued materials.
• Proper monitoring and documentation of in and out of materials.
• Sending project materials and machineries to different sites with proper documentation.
• Controlling the consumables.
• Proper monitoring of tools in and out
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications
