Overview Of The Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of the store, acting as the primary leader in the absence of the store manager. This role is responsible for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations, and staff training and development.
