Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and assume full store responsibility in their absence.
  2. Supervise and train team members to ensure efficient and effective task execution.
  3. Ensure outstanding levels of customer service and lead by example.
  4. Manage product ticketing, pricing, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
  5. Operate and train new team members on Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  6. Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and investigate discrepancies.
  7. Oversee in-store cash handling and banking activities according to company policies.
  8. Participate actively in promotional events, store openings, and stock takes to drive sales.
  9. Maintain high standards of product knowledge across hardware and electronics offerings.
  10. Deliver strong planning, coordination, and project management to support smooth store operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and electronics products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • High level of customer focus and accountability.
  • Proficiency in inventory handling, store operations, and administrative procedures.
  • Strong project management and planning abilities.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and commercial awareness in a retail environment.
