The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all operational and sales activities, ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving business growth. This role acts as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with customers and leading the team to achieve sales and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique targets
Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients, ensuring brand loyalty and client retention
Assists in executing clienteling strategies, VIP events, and in-store activations
Assists with stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium brand image
Coaches, motivates, and supports sales associates to achieve their individual and team objectives
Requirements and skills:
Experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry & watches
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passion for luxury and craftsmanship, with strong attention to detail
