Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming parts, tools, and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and match the orders.
- Organize and store items in a neat and accessible manner within the warehouse or storage area.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking stock levels and conducting regular stock audits.
- Issue parts and materials to service personnel or technicians as needed.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of parts to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
- Prepare and process orders for restocking based on inventory levels and service demands.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, ISO standards, health and safety requirements, and the ethical code of conduct and values.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure inventory accuracy by regularly updating records and performing stock checks.
- Deliver parts and materials to the service team promptly and accurately to avoid delays.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure essential parts are always available without overstocking.
- Adhere to safety and storage protocols to prevent accidents and damage to inventory.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by minimizing stock discrepancies and ensuring quick turnaround times for parts distribution.

Desired Candidate Profile
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred, but a willingness to learn is welcome.
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with staff and vendors.
- At least one year of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related role is necessary.
- Experience in stock control and basic warehouse operations is preferred, although entry-level candidates may be considered if they have relevant training or education.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications is important.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is essential.
