Job summary

flydubai is seeking a Warehouse/Stores role to manage the inventory located in the stores, including storage, receipts, distribution and dispatch of parts. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a high school diploma, and fluent English.

You will work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure shelf life control and adherence to engineering standards, as well as maintaining strict storage conditions and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Fluent in English.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receipt, issue and binning of parts in the stores.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for shelf life control and inspections.
• Maintain proper storage conditions with records (temperature, humidity, light).
• Ensure units are properly sealed and documented for dispatch in containers.
• Process discrepancy reports for incorrect, excess, or short supply parts and follow up.
• Ensure traceability of records and conformance to specifications.
• Verify materials and stamp labels per company procedures.
• Ensure aircraft spares conform to standards of CAA, FAA, GCAA and internal procedures.
• Attend continuation courses to keep inspection stamps active.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To manage the flydubai inventory located in the stores including: storage, receipts, distribution and dispatch of parts as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carries out day to day operations of the technical spares receipt, issues and binning of parts.
• Adopts technical inspection function in conjunction with Quality Assurance dept. for update of shelf life control, control of Engineering standards, test equipment and stores inspection procedures.
• Ensures that all appropriate control on material custody is maintained covering temperature, humidity, light, containers and storage conditions /records.
• Ensures that all units shipped or stored are properly sealed, dispatched in containers with proper documentation.
• Ensures discrepancy reports are for incorrect, excess, short supply of parts to all concerned and follow up.
• Ensures that quantity, quality and storage conditions are acceptable and are within the approved limits with proper traceability of record/documents.
• Ensures that the product and materials are in conformance with the specification of the requirement s of the company.
• Checks and verifies all materials and stamp the approval on the label as per the company procedure.
• Ensures that all aircraft spares received conform to the appropriate standards of approval as laid down by CAA, FAA, GCAA and also in line with company procedure manual.
• Attend all the continuation courses to keep the inspection stamp active.

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
