What will I be doing?

As the Assistant Spa & Recreation Manager, you will support the daily operations of the spa and recreation facilities to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, fitness center, and pool areas in the absence of the department head.
  • Supporting the Director of Spa & Recreation in team leadership, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Assisting with guest engagement, ensuring all wellness offerings exceed expectations in service and ambiance.
  • Managing inventories and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across all areas.
  • Monitoring guest feedback and working collaboratively to implement service enhancements.
  • Supporting revenue growth by promoting spa treatments, fitness programs, and retail offerings.
What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

  • Previous experience in spa, wellness, or recreation management within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and guest-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and relaxation experiences.
  • Certification in fitness, spa therapy, or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
