Responsibilities
  • As an Assistant SPA Manager, you will lead the SPA operations to drive success through strategic leadership and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day spa operations to meet business objectives.
  • Develop long-term strategies, performance benchmarks, and standards to deliver consistent high-quality service.
  • Promote teamwork and a collaborative environment, placing emphasis on service excellence.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and motivation to team members, setting clear expectations and goals.
  • Participate in hotel leadership meetings and cross-department collaboration.
  • Create and manage staff schedules aligned with business demands, special events, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure all team members are trained to the highest standard.
  • Promote and sell spa services and treatments to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor individual retail performance, providing coaching and incentives to drive sales.
  • In collaboration with other key departments, plan and execute spa promotions and seasonal packages, evaluating success and ROI.
