Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Spa Manager to join our spa in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the success of our spa.

  • Assist in managing day-to-day spa operations to meet business objectives and maintain high standards of service
  • Collaborate with the Recreation Manager to develop and implement long-term strategies and performance benchmarks
  • Lead and motivate a team of therapists, technicians, and front desk staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and support
  • Create and manage staff schedules aligned with business demands and special events
  • Ensure all team members are trained to the highest standard and deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Promote and sell spa services and treatments to maximize revenue
  • Assist in planning and executing spa promotions and seasonal packages
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
