Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams of electrical, mechanical, digital, workflow, and field service engineers.
• Manage daily service operations, installations, breakdown support, preventive maintenance, and customer escalations.
• Maintain and improve departmental profitability, efficiency, service quality, and budget performance.
• Develop and implement operational improvements, KPIs, reporting structures, and service strategies.
• Ensure strong coordination with international principals and manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
• Support long-term organizational continuity, succession planning, and knowledge transfer.
