Qualifications

• Currently holding an Assistant Security Manager position or similar leadership role.
• Dubai experience is required with knowledge of local regulations.
• Proven ability to manage security operations in luxury hospitality.
• Valid SIRA license and strong reporting/investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in leading and developing the security team.
• Oversee daily security operations and resource deployment.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
• Lead investigations into incidents and emergencies.
