Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Dubai is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to lead and develop the security team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, security and service delivery across the property.

You will oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and collaborate with Residence leadership and external stakeholders to implement strategies and business continuity plans. Dubai experience is required; Arabic skills are beneficial; a SIRA license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently holding an Assistant Security Manager position or comparable leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Dubai experience is required with strong understanding of local regulations and security best practices.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in leading and developing the security team to ensure highest safety, security and service standards.
• Oversee daily security operations, ensuring effective resource deployment and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, property inspections and security audits to identify and mitigate threats.
• Lead investigations into incidents, security breaches and emergencies with thorough reporting and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, life safety requirements and company standards across the property.
• Collaborate with Residence leadership and external stakeholders to develop security strategies, emergency response plans and business continuity measures.
