Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Partner with the Head of Business Development to shape engaging and results-driven sales and marketing strategies.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Use market insights and consumer trends to steer decision-making.
- Creative Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to build memorable campaigns, promotions, and experiences.
- Ensure all marketing content and sales materials are consistent with the brand's voice and visual identity.
- Keep the audience engaged with innovative storytelling and campaign ideas.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep dives into the market to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
- Track competitor activity and stay ahead of industry movements.
- Use data to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Sales Strategy & Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to implement strategies and meet revenue goals.
- Help identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key sales metrics and performance indicators to assess progress.
- Highlight areas needing attention and propose action plans.
- Share regular reports and insights with senior leadership.
- CRM & Customer Engagement: Manage the CRM platform to track client interactions and strengthen relationships.
- Support targeted campaigns using customer data and segmentation.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and boost customer loyalty.
- Marketing Operations: Assist in rolling out marketing efforts across various channels, digital, print, social, email, and more.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and promotional assets.
- Support event-related promotions to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Business Development & Partnerships: Source and develop new leads through outreach, networking, and research.
- Build and maintain strong connections with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Support the team in closing new deals and negotiating terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in both sales and marketing roles.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and executing successful campaigns.
- Prior experience at Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager, or Specialist level.
- Candidates with an Eastern European background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead or support a team; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
