As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for Assistant Sales Manager (SaaS Sales) in our Product Development team. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

- Develop and execute plan to penetrate and win high-value accounts within ideal customer profiles

- Identify emerging market opportunities, trends and white space to inform outreach and focus areas

- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospect to close, including discovery, demoing, proposal, negotiation and contract execution with clear value articulation throughout the process

- Tailor value propositions and narratives that resonate with enterprise-level decision-makers in the Proptech and real estate sectors

- Understand and articulate the platform’s unique value proposition relative to customer needs and competitive offerings

- Help design and refine what great enterprise sales looks like for our company, including qualifying criteria, decision timelines and win/loss patterns

- Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM hygeine, opportunity tracking and forecasting accuracy.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce etc) and common sales productivity tools.
  • 3-5 years in enterprise sales, ideally with exposure to Proptech, real estate or fintech.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Prior experience as a hunter in a startup or scale-up with contribution to sales playbook, process and strategy.
  • A solid understanding of Middle East real estate and Proptech landscape is a strong advantage, along with ability to navigate long sales cycles.
