Key Responsibilities
  1. Executing sales of mobile phones to UAE retailers and dealers
  2. Ensuring customer and principal satisfaction while achieving business objectives
  3. Reviewing and monitoring customers' weekly sales achievements against targets
  4. Collecting account receivables timely from customers
  5. Responding to sales inquiries and concerns
  6. Preparing weekly customer forecast reports in Excel
  7. Networking within the industry and generating feedback on competitive intelligence for product and price positioning
  8. Ensuring timely and relevant reports are prepared for MIS purposes
Minimum Requirements
  • University or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience as an account manager for a retailer/dealer in mobile phone sales
  • 4+ years of experience as an account manager in mobile phone products
  • Proficiency in Excel formulas, PowerPoint, and email communication skills
