With global resorts and planned expansion, Kerzner International offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager - Groups & Events to join the Sales & Marketing team at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai.

Your role involves developing relationships with clients and agencies, supporting outstanding service, and ensuring quality and consistency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide quotes and negotiate prices for transient, long stay, and group requests.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts with proper record-keeping.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage this knowledge for competitive positioning.
  • Implement sales tactics during negotiations and upsell to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle requests promptly, reflecting our service standards.
  • Foster customer loyalty by exceeding expectations and embodying the One&Only brand.
  • Maintain client relationships, arrange site visits, and participate in client entertainment.
  • Collaborate with corporate clients and MICE agencies through proactive sales calls.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels, be presentable, dedicated, a team player, and willing to work flexible hours. Good relationships with potential clients and understanding of the Travel & Tourism market are essential. Proven success in sales is required. Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
