Job summary

Aloft Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest service professional to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. You will use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty and upsell when appropriate.

You will promote the Aloft brand image both inside the property and to guests. Responsibilities include processing reservations and Marriott Rewards information, answering calls, and providing courteous service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems; respond promptly and professionally.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty; upsell when appropriate.
• Promote awareness of the Aloft brand image internally and externally.
• Process reservations and Marriott Rewards points for guest stays.
• Answer calls, record requests, and prepare written communications; support Sales & Marketing tasks.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
