Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess hazardous and unsafe situations.
• Develop measures to ensure personnel safety.
• Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and enforce preventive measures.
• Support the Head of Safety in organizing OHS training for employees and management.
• Inspect premises and personnel work to identify issues or non-conformities (e.g., not using protective equipment).
• Stop unsafe acts or processes that appear dangerous or unhealthy.
• Record and investigate incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Understand the operation of electrical, refrigeration, and fire fighting systems.
• Communicate with different departments to provide information and assistance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hotel environment preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
