Job Description

This job opportunity is with a planned starting date of 15th August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations

  • Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff

  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly

  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members

  • Help manage employee schedules and shift assignments

  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards

  • Participate in inventory control and ordering supplies

  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting sales targets

  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company policies

  • Step into the Restaurant Manager role as needed in their absence

Qualifications

The following knowledge, skills and abilities are required:

  • Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of hotel is critical.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to attract new, dynamic talent who compliment the vision of the department / hotel.
  • College Degree in Hospitalityor similar field.
  • 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
