This job opportunity is with a planned starting date of 15th August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Help manage employee schedules and shift assignments
Monitor food safety and hygiene standards
Participate in inventory control and ordering supplies
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting sales targets
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Step into the Restaurant Manager role as needed in their absence
