Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and presentation standards
• Train, mentor, and develop restaurant personnel
• Address guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve service
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
• Contribute to achieving financial goals through effective cost control
• Assist in organizing special events and promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
