Assistant Restaurant Manager

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Solid understanding of restaurant operations including staff management and inventory control
5. Effective communication skills both verbal and written
6. Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
