We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Isola Restaurant located at Jumeirah Islands Club.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient stock management.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 year experience in similar role from a high-volume, casual dining operation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Italian speaking skills will be an added advantage due to the concept
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, & coaching skills
  • Must be passionate in hospitality & contribute to maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
