Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

1. Being the face and personality of the restaurant.
2. Building relationships with guests.
3. Knowledge of local market needs.
4. Evaluating levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Being aware of trends and proposing ideas to build the range and quality.
6. Evaluating and understanding changing competitor sets and trends in the market.
7. Optimizing sales and maintaining costs, identifying areas for improvement and acting on them.
8. Setting achievable targets and other short- and long-term functional goals.
9. Providing effective leadership to the restaurant teams to ensure targets are met.
10. Ensuring high quality of internal communication and cooperation with the kitchen.
11. Being responsible for H&S compliance in line with Dubai Municipality food code 2020.
12. Maintaining consistent Brand SOP in every area.
13. Motivating and training team members.
14. Responding to guest feedback and reviews both online and in-store.
15. Organizing and issuing weekly rosters and preparing vacation plans.
16. Overseeing daily revenue reports and logbook input.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as an assistant or manager in a restaurant environment.
2. Preferably knowledge of and experience with Mediterranean cuisine.
3. Good communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
4. Adaptability to different environments, flexibility, and the ability to innovate.
5. Proactive with a good understanding of the needs of the environment.
6. Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
7. Ability to take criticism and feedback.
8. Attention to detail and creativity.
9. MS Office knowledge.
10. Fluent in English.
11. Available in Dubai.
12. Dubai experience preferred.
