Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control across glass cutting, tempering, digital printing, lamination, IGU manufacturing, and dispatch.
• Lead the QA/QC team and ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Operations, suppliers, and customers on quality-related matters.
• Monitor quality performance, reduce rejection rates, and drive continuous improvement.
• Train production teams and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

Antal International is partnering with a leading architectural glass processing company in the UAE, part of one of the country's leading diversified investment groups, to appoint an experienced Assistant Manager – QA/QC for its Dubai operations.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong QA/QC professional with hands‑on experience in glass processing or a closely related manufacturing environment. They should be capable of leading a quality team, maintaining robust quality management systems, resolving production and customer quality issues, and driving measurable improvements in product quality and operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with hands‑on experience in glass processing, quality management systems, and production quality assurance. The successful candidate will lead quality control activities across multiple manufacturing processes, manage the QA/QC team, minimize rejection losses, and ensure that products consistently meet customer specifications and international quality standards.
