We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

  • Client relationship management
  • Tenant retention
  • Establish contacts with brokers to expand the lead generation
  • Ensure best practices and process are followed as per Al Ghurair protocols as recommended by the department
  • Handle renewals and related negotiations
  • Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information review of the property management activities as well as service providers’ performance.
  • Update all leads received in the CRM system and follow up all hot potential leads
  • Arranging viewings for potential leasing clients
  • To lease designated portfolio by achieving the targets in occupancy & revenue
  • Conduct and provide routine comparative market analysis studies on pricing provided by competitors

Who you are?

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Business or Real Estate.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of leasing experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed with CRM systems (i.e. Oracle, Yardi).
  • Working knowledge of commercial leasing agreements
