Job Title: Interior Fit-Out Project Coordinator

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Technology/Engineering or Interior Design/Interior Decoration
  • 10–12 years’ experience in interior fit-out project execution and site coordination
  • Experience with commercial real estate projects (office, retail, hospitality)
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software such as AutoCAD or Revit
  • Certifications like PMP are highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field preferred
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of joinery installation, site measurements, and billing
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit
  • Experience in budget and schedule management
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist Project Manager in coordinating fit-out and joinery works across multiple sites
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material delivery and quality assurance
  3. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with design specifications
  4. Maintain project documentation including contracts, budgets, and schedules
  5. Facilitate communication among clients, architects, and contractors
  6. Support in budget tracking and project proposal preparations
  7. Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
  8. Participate in project meetings and provide updates
  9. Ensure adherence to industry standards and supervise subcontractors and site work
  10. Assist with contract administration, billing, and quantity measurements
  11. Prepare project reports and liaise with commercial teams on feasibility and planning
  12. Contribute to value engineering and procurement planning

Note: Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. The role requires effective communication skills in English and familiarity with industry software. Certifications and relevant experience in similar projects are highly valued.
