The Candidate

A driven self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in UAE, with a degree in civil engineering
• Previous experience in projects involving 5-star hotels, luxury villas, and/or food and beverage
• Experience with fit-outs and ID works is preferred
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• A hands-on attitude fueled by a can-do spirit

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from relevant authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to finish, with attention to budget constraints
• Plan all construction operations and schedule phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Acquire equipment and materials, monitor stocks, and handle inadequacies promptly
• Hire contractors and staff, and allocate responsibilities accordingly
• Supervise laborers, mechanics, and others, providing guidance as needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues
