We are looking for a candidate with experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects within the UAE and GCC region, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Middle East.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and support project management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client requirements. Responsibilities include supporting project delivery, managing risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed, along with adherence to Atkins’ project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Communicate project scope, fees, deliverables, and schedule through kick-offs and updates.
• Assist in producing project management documentation and standard forms.
• Support risk identification and management.
• Assist in managing scope changes and extensions.
• Identify resource requirements and coordinate with technical leads, escalating as needed.
• Provide monthly reports and maintain planned delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems during project delivery.
• Assist in managing project finances, technical aspects, and contractual obligations.

Financial Management

• Understand risk and apply commercial acumen.
• Prepare and review invoices, maintaining financial records.

Client Management

• Liaise with clients regarding technical delivery components.

Administrative Tasks

• Prepare invoices, estimates, meeting minutes, and schedule meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress.
