Role Description
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and academically strong full-time Faculty Member in Business to teach and mentor BBA and Master’s level students. The ideal candidate will deliver high-impact teaching, engage in scholarly activities, contribute to curriculum development, and support the university’s academic mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (Master’s) courses in Business disciplines such as Marketing, Finance, Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and related fields.
- Design course syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in alignment with program outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Engage students through innovative, interactive, and practical learning methods.
- Advise and mentor students regarding academic progress, career opportunities, and research projects.
- Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum design, program review, and academic committees.
- Assist in accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- Contribute to student recruitment activities, open days, and outreach initiatives.
- Foster industry relationships and integrate real-world practices into the classroom.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties as assigned by the Dean or Program Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: PhD or Master's in Business Administration Finance, or a closely related field. (Exceptional candidates with a Master’s + significant industry and teaching experience may also be considered.)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the university/college level.
- Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong academic, research, and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work with a diverse student body and faculty.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled teaching (e-learning platforms, blended learning, etc.).
