Background

Our Psychology team in Dubai has grown since launching our undergraduate BSc programme in 2020, supporting over 150 students by 2024, and will start a new MSc in Mental Health in September 2024. We aim to expand our staff from early 2025.
Applicants with expertise in any psychology area are welcome; preference will be given to those supporting undergraduate research methods, mental health, neuroscience, or human cognition and perception.

You will engage in various educational activities, demonstrating academic citizenship, and fostering supportive relationships. You will also play a key role in curriculum development, student support, and integrating research into teaching.
Management responsibilities may include knowledge transfer, enterprise, and community engagement activities at departmental and university levels.
Use diverse methods to teach and advise students, including designing curriculum, utilizing digital resources, and supervising projects and dissertations.
